My Brand New Laptop

Assalmualaikum..

Finally I managed to fulfilled one of my 3 targets that is to buy a new laptop.

I manage to buy my new HP Compaq at a price of RM 1799 last Sunday. Quite cheap for me and I still have half the budget that I allocated for the laptop.

I bought a freedos laptop as new laptop today are installed with Windowa Vista which I don't because of the graphic work that I'm going to do.

With freedos I can install Windows XP which I prefer. But, unfortunately, as with all freedos laptops, you have to install all the drivers too. It was cumbersome but luckily I got my brother to do the work for me. It took him nearly 3 days just to get my laptop working properly.
With 15.1" screen, AMD Turion 64 x2, 512 ram, Nvidia graphic card, DVD & CD writer, and 120 GB hardisk I couldn't ask for more. Plus I bought a wireless laser mouse. All in all it just cost me RM 2+++. Oh yeah..HP also gave me 9 in 1 freebies. I got:
