- There are actions or non-actions of the Architect as the contract administrator that could lead to claims by the Contractor from the Employer for Loss and Expense and also for Extension of Time under the contract. Please elaborate as to what they are.
- Describe all the types of insurance that are required to be taken in a construction project under the Contract and who should be taking them. What are the roles of the Architect as far as building insurance are concerned.
- Explain why the Drawings and Specifications are two very important documents in a Contract without Quantities. Being important, how should they be prepared?

These were test questions for architectural practice subject taught by Ar. Prof Hasan Mohamad, during my studies. Each question carries 10 marks. I manage to get 56/100, the highest mark in my class. One of my friends manages to get 53/100. Only the two of us pass the test. The rest, 33 of them failed. It’s a tough questions equivalent to LAM/PAM Part III exam
