Am I Tolerant Enough?

Assalamualaikum,

Am I a tolerable person? Maybe I am. Too much I guess.

I tolerate people at work, home & everywhere. I seldom get angry nowadays. But there will be those few occasions where I do feel so tense. Like last night for example.

My housemate asked me to accompany her to collect her car which is being re-painted in Damansara. She knew that I had an assignment to be submitted today but she still insist on me going just because she's afraid that her boyfriend will disapprove of her going alone. The journey from Tanjung Malim to Damansara is about 1 hour. Going back will take another hour. Dealing with the guy who painted her car will take about 30 minutes. We went there around 9pm and got back around 12.15am.

Did I do my assignment? NO! And can she re-pay me by helping me out? NO! And does she care? NO!

So there, I'm a bit fed-up with her for now.
