As The Election Looms...

Assalamualaikum..

As the election looms near (another 16 1/2 hours) I'm excited as this will be my 2nd experience voting. The 1st time I voted was in 2004. I will cast my vote in Shah Alam, Section 4.

There's not much to write about the coming election. INFJ's tend to view politics as full of problems that they wish to avoid. We do avoid problems if we think it's too overwhelming. But that does not mean I do not talk about politics. I do..mostly in the office with the other managers.

My view is that, BN will sure win. But I also hope that the majority vote for BA will increase. I hope to see that the parliament is not overridden by BN 100%. That WILL BE BAD for the country. It's like you can do whatever you like without someone telling you that whatever you're doing is right or wrong for the country.

Come to think of it, we are electing representative that should be responsible in handling the peoples' money (read: tax paying people) in running the country. You surely don't want the people that you elected into power using your money to build something that is somewhat ridiculous right? example: build mosque for tourism..
Mosque should be build for the community to interact with each other. Whatever material it is made of is immaterial. What purpose will a mosque serves if it is build on an island where no one is living on it and Jumuah prayer's cannot be performed? Furthermore, who wants to fork out RM5 every time you want to go to the mosque and back home? I say it's all waste of the Rakyats' money. I don't want to get into architectural point of view. Utterly senseless in building it there. Sure will get criticizes by my UiTM lecturers...LOL...
