Desperate Measures

Assalamualaikum,

Desperate action needs desperate measures. How do you locate a person/persons that is incommunicado?

Go to the address as given?

Search the internet? (as in Criminal Minda - Penelope Garcia role. That would be super cool!!)

Or, pray very hard to Allah to hint the person/persons conscience to CALL ME!!!?

Ps: I write this as I'm getting stressful. If I were to find the person physically I would like to attach a GPS on that person so it will be easy for me to locate them wherever they are (some wishful thinking)

Pps: OK, THE INTENDED PERSON IS MY FIANCÉ AND HE HASN'T BEEN IN CONTACT WITH ME SINCE 09/11/08. YES, HE KNOWS THE DATE OF NIKAH & WEDDING BUT THERE ARE OTHER MATTERS THAT I NEED TO CLARIFY. AND I'M REALLY, REALLY SCARED.
