Assalamualaikum,
I nees a sleep therapist. This past week my sleep has been erratic at the best.
Night 1: 8.30pm - sleep, 12.30am- woke up, 6.30am - sleep, 7.30am - woke up to go to work
Night 2: 8.30pm - sleep, 12.30am- woke up, 6.30am - sleep, 7.30am - woke up to go to work
Night 3: 9.00pm - sleep, 1.00am- woke up, 7.00am - sleep, 8.00am - woke up to go to work
Night 4: 9.00pm - sleep, 1.30am- woke up briefly and forced myself to go back to sleep, 5.30am - woke up
Night 5: 3.00am - sleep, 8.15am woke up to go to work.
See the pattern? I can't go back to sleep once I'm awake. And even though I tried to stop myself from falling asleep at 9.00pm, I fall asleep at later time, which is at 3.00am!!!
Help! I need some sleep, and I don't fall asleep during the day. So tired...so sleepy, but yet so awake. *sigh*
