I'm Back in Malaysia

Assalamualaikum,

Alhamdulillah I'm back again in 'tanahair tercinta' Malaysia. As MAS will always announce when the plane approaches KLIA, "Kepada semua warganegara Malaysia, selamat pulang ke tanahair". I always felt good when I heard that. Anyway my flight was actually delayed by 2 hours in London, Heathrow due to the lateness of cabin crew. Not their fault, but the massive traffic jam in London caused by lorry drivers on strike. Anyway I reached home at 10.30am in the morning. My, am I so glad to be home.

As much as I like the European cities that I visited (Dublin, Paris & London) especially the environment, fresh air, transport system, goods, sales, etc, I prefer to be in Malaysia. Eventhough I was not born here, but here is where my family is. Here is where, whenever you're in trouble or have problems, support is always at hand, be it from family members or friends. I will always love to visit Europe or any other countries for that matter, but not to stay and work there. Studying might be an exception. I will feel lonely if I do.

Now that I'm back on home soil, I'm spending the rest of my weekend trying to get my clock in tune with the local time. Still feeling jet lag. Next posting will be about my trip to London.
